Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Wash & Fill for your weekly car-care membership.

1. Membership & recurring billing

Your Wash & Fill membership is a weekly subscription billed automatically to the payment method on file at your selected rate ($29 sedan, $39 small SUV, $49 minivan / large SUV / truck), continuing until you cancel. Gas fill-ups are billed separately at the exact pump price shown on the photo receipt we send you, with zero markup. Your first week of service is free; weekly billing begins after the trial.

2. Cancellation, skipping & rescheduling

You may cancel, skip, or reschedule any upcoming service from your account dashboard. We require at least 48 hours' notice before your next scheduled service. Cancellations or skips with less notice will still be billed at the normal weekly rate, because the route and team for that day have already been committed. You can cancel the subscription itself at any time, with no contract and no cancellation fee.

3. Price changes

We may change pricing for the membership with at least 14 days' email notice to the address on file. Continued service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Service area & eligibility

We currently operate in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. Service to addresses outside our coverage area may be declined. If you change your service address to a location outside our area, we may pause or end your membership.

5. Provider-side cancellations

Weather, unsafe access conditions, or other circumstances outside our control may cause us to skip a scheduled service. If we cancel a visit, that week is not billed and we will make a best-faith effort to reschedule within the same week.

6. Right to refuse or terminate service

We may decline service or end your membership for vehicles in excessively soiled condition (including biohazards, pet waste, or vomit), unsafe service locations, repeated 48-hour-notice violations, or abusive conduct toward our team. We will refund any prepaid amounts for service not yet rendered.

7. Property access authorization

By starting service, you grant Wash & Fill staff permission to enter the driveway, parking lot, garage entry, or other location where your vehicle is parked for the sole purpose of performing the service. You confirm that you have authority to grant this access. You are responsible for providing keys, fobs, gate codes, or other access information needed for our team to reach the vehicle.

8. SMS communications opt-in

You agree to receive text messages from Wash & Fill at the phone number you provided. Messages may include appointment confirmations, day-of arrival windows, gas receipt photos, schedule changes, and occasional service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

9. Photo & video release

You authorize Wash & Fill to capture before/after photos and short service videos of your vehicle for service verification and quality-assurance purposes. These files are stored in your account and will not be published, shared publicly, or used in marketing without your separate written consent.

10. Liability waiver

You acknowledge that Wash & Fill is not liable for pre-existing damage (including but not limited to chips, scratches, dents, cracked trim, faded clear coat, or paint imperfections), for items left inside or on the vehicle, or for incidental wear associated with normal exterior washing and interior vacuuming. You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are otherwise authorized to have it serviced. For gas fill-ups, you authorize our team to refuel your vehicle and agree to be billed for the exact pump amount with zero markup, as shown on the receipt we send you.

11. Refund policy

Completed services are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing. Disputes about a specific completed visit must be raised within 7 days of that visit by emailing hello@washandfill.com; we will review in good faith and may issue a service credit at our discretion.

12. Tips

Tips are entirely optional, never required, and never solicited by the company. Any tip you choose to give is paid directly to the service team that performed your visit.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We collect only what is needed to provide and bill for the service and do not sell your personal information. Privacy policy.

14. Modification of terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Dispute resolution & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before bringing any formal action, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by emailing hello@washandfill.com and allowing 30 days for a good-faith response.

16. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These terms, together with any pricing and scheduling details you accept at signup, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wash & Fill regarding the service.
