  • To send appointment confirmations, day-of arrival windows, and service updates via SMS and email.

4. SMS / text messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Wash & Fill. These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and day-of arrival windows.
  • Gas receipt photos after fill-ups.
  • Schedule changes, skip confirmations, and service reminders.
  • Occasional service updates.

Message frequency: varies based on your service schedule, typically 1–4 messages per week.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS notifications. Reply HELP for assistance.

Data rates: message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.

No sharing: your mobile number is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is used solely by Wash & Fill and our trusted SMS delivery provider to communicate service information.

5. Information sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with:
  • Service providers: payment processors (Stripe), SMS delivery services, cloud hosting, and analytics platforms bound by confidentiality agreements.
